Das zu erschlie\u00dfende Baugebiet umfasst 22 Baupl\u00e4tze welche voll erschlossen werden. In diesem Zuge wird auch die Jedelhauser Stra\u00dfe am Ortsausgang Richtung Jedelhausen auf eine L\u00e4nge von ca. 250 m mit umgebaut und neu gestaltet. Die Randeinfassungen entlang der Fahrbahn werden mit Granit-Bordsteinen B 6 und die Hinterkante der Gehwege mit Beton- Tiefbordsteinen hergestellt. Es wird beidseitig eine Bushaltestelle angelegt, bei denen Kassler Sonderbordsteine eingebaut werden. Auf der \u00f6stlichen Seite werden Fundamente f\u00fcr eine Buswartehalle hergestellt. Die Oberfl\u00e4chenbefestigung der Bushaltestellen wird mit Betonpflaster ausgef\u00fchrt, ebenso werden im Bereich der Bushaltestellen Bodenindikatoren mit verlegt. Die restlichen Gehwege werden in Asphaltbauweise ausgef\u00fchrt. Des Weiteren wird ein \u201eMinikreisel\u201c und 3 Verkehrsteiler mit Querungshilfe in die Jedelhauser Stra\u00dfe eingebaut. Die Fahrbahn wird in Asphaltbauweise hergestellt. Die Entw\u00e4sserung der Baupl\u00e4tze und die Oberfl\u00e4chenentw\u00e4sserung erfolgt \u00fcber einen Schmutz- und Regenwasserkanal in den Durchmesser DN 200 &#8211; DN 400 aus PP. Der Regenwasserkanal wird bis zum Regenr\u00fcckhaltebecken gef\u00fchrt. Dieses wird mit einem R\u00fcckhaltevolumen von ca. 270 m\u00b3 ausgehoben und mit einer Schotterrigole versehen.
